Olivia MacAngus leads PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice in the National Capital Region, focusing primarily on major public asset acquisitions and disposals and public-private partnerships. Her areas of expertise are government, procurement and infrastructure.
Before joining PwC, Olivia led Plenary Group’s business development activities and government relations across Canada. Olivia was also previously director of corporate strategy with PPP Canada, where she was actively involved in developing PPP Canada’s policies and guidelines for the implementation of infrastructure procurements within the federal government and with other levels of government. She has worked as an account director for Canada’s leading government relations firm, Hill & Knowlton, where she specialized in public affairs, federal government relations and stakeholder management, as well as in various roles on Parliament Hill.
