Senior Vice President, Bockstael Construction
Carmine Militano is a principal at Bockstael Construction and the senior vice president. He brings a “360 degree perspective” to the Bockstael team with more than 39 years’ experience across the entire design-construct life cycle, including consulting engineering, construction and manufacturing. He is an acknowledged specialist in business development, project management, strategic business planning and facilitation.
Prior to joining Bockstael, Carmine was the practice leader for buildings engineering at Stantec Winnipeg. Prior to Stantec Carmine was a vice president with CH2M Hill, one of the world’s largest full service design-construct-operations firms. Carmine has been a guest lecturer at the University of Manitoba and Red River College and has presented at numerous conferences. He is a member of the Associates of the Asper School of Business and most recently was a guest lecturer to the MBA Capstone class.
Bockstael Construction – Manitoba’s Builder – has been in continuous operation in Manitoba for over 106 years.
