CCA is excited to promote the conference app for your mobile device! To download, simply go to the App Store and search for “CCA Annual Conference” with the CCA logo.

Update to Current Version

If you had previously downloaded the CCA conference app in 2017, you will need to update the app to the latest version. Launch the app, select the update prompt and the device will automatically connect to the appropriate store for updating.


Create Your Own Program

Go to Program and tap the star icons next to the sessions and events that you plan on attending. You will be asked if you want to add these items to your device calendar. The events that you selected or favorited can be viewed from Favourites tab on top of the Program section as well as from the main screen’s My Program button.


Chat with Other Delegates

To chat with other delegates, you must first login to confirm your identity. You can login using your Facebook or LinkedIn account or your email. Click on the Delegates button and select your method to login. If you select Facebook or LinkedIn, the app will request your permission in order to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you will be returned to the conference app. If you select email, select your name from the delegate list and follow the instructions. Check your email to click on a verification link.


Allow Push Notifications

When installing your app, be sure to grant the app permission to send you push notifications. This way you will be kept up to date on last-minute changes. This setting can also be turned on/off under the Settings button on your device.
