When Jim got his first guitar at the age of ten, the first song he learned was Gordon Lightfoot’s “That’s What You Get For Loving Me”. Today, twenty-five years after the formation of Blue Rodeo, Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor are widely respected as one of Canada’s best songwriting teams. In 1998, Jim released All in Time which went on to sell Gold in Canada. His next album, 2006’s The Light That Guides You Home, won the Juno for Adult Alternative Album of the Year. In 2011 Jim released Skyscraper Soul, his 3rd solo album.

Closing Reception & Dinner - Rail Riders of the Canadian Rockies
First-class rail travel set an enviable standard surpassed only by the luxury of grand railway hotels. CCA was founded around that time and we will celebrate with this twenties glamour dinner. The evening will culminate in a spectacular performance Black and White 2 by Gregory Charles and Marc Hervieux! Some of you may remember Gregory from our 2012 conference in Savannah and Marc from a board dinner at Mont Tremblant.
Gregory Charles is a classical pianist, singer, tv host, teacher and the founder of a charitable organization that supports involvement and excellence among young Quebeckers. His first show Black and White was seen by more than 750,000 spectators. Visit Gregory’s website or follow him on Twitter
Marc Hervieux is one of Canada’s most in-demand classical singers, both nationally and internationally. Marc Hervieux interprets the most beautiful songs from his popular repertoire and promises a musical evening along with the warm humour he is known for. Visit Marc’s website or follow him on Twitter
